You Are Booked! We are extremely excited to be your DJ for your wedding! Now it’s time to relax in the one aspect that will make your party memorable – the entertainment. We are here to take care of all the entertainment for you, we will work with you as much as needed to make the music perfect for your special day. Thank you so very much for trusting us with your special day! At D&E DJ Services, we look to take your vision to the next level with creativity, passion, and a unique set of talents that will have your guests lavishing you with comment after comment about how incredible the entertainment was.

Here are some things you need to know to make the planning process go nice and smooth.

  1. How to Get a Hold of Us – Email is the easiest way to get a hold of us, but you can always call or text us at 607-319-3550. Feel free to message us from the website or on Facebook/ Instagram.
  2. Availability – You can always book a zoom with us at the link below and if you want to meet in person we can always find a time to do so.
  3. Emails From us – You will get various emails along the way. Some are reminders to do things like filling out your planners. Others are offering amazing services you may not know we offer. You will also get some tips and helpful info to help you along the way of the planning process. We love to stay in touch! After the event, you will get an email asking for a review we love reviews so much!
  4. Sample Time Line – Below you will find a sample link to a timeline. Every wedding is different and your timeline may not look like this one. We will do whatever timeline you would like. We have found that this works really well.
  5. Tips – After you check out the sample Timeline check out the Top Ten Party Tips. You will thank us later!
  6. Meals – You are not required to feed the DJ. We will not starve. If you would like us to eat we will eat fast and quick with the other vendors away from the guest and get right back to our DJ booth.
  7. Arrival and setup time – On your wedding day we will typically arrive 2 hours before the event
  8. Requirements– As per the contract, we don’t require much a six-foot table with linen and power.
  9. Gratuities – Tipping is totally up to you! We typically see tips of 10 to 20% if the entertainment was amazing!
  10. The Music– This is what we do but we want to play what you and your guest want to hear. We ask that you fill out your online planning forms to help us get the right music for your special day.
